DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

  • Step 2: Await confirmation and the specific return address from our team.
  • Step 3: Use a registered or recorded delivery service that requires a signature.
  • Step 4: Please note that return delivery costs are payable by the buyer unless a collection is pre-arranged by Shaw Trading.
  • Important Note: Refunds are only issued for items returned in saleable condition. Please retain proof of postage.
  • Exchanges: Shaw Trading does not offer sale or return or product exchange terms.
